Mr. K. Muthamil Raj is a Civil Engineering graduate from Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli, and an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor (Quality Management System) with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He has successfully contributed to and led high-rise residential and commercial projects across Mumbai and Chennai, including Chrysal (13-storey commercial), Kesar Equinox (22-storey residential), villa developments under the Kyan Project (23 acres, Karjat), and Golden Realty (38-storey residential tower). In Chennai, his portfolio includes Urbando – Altea, Orion, Eterna, KOSMOS, VIBHA, and GAIETY. He is proficient in ERP (BSF), MS Project, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Primavera, and is widely respected for his expertise in project planning, budgeting, execution, and quality control. A GATE score holder (2017, 2018 & 2019), he has also delivered guest lectures at MEPCO Schlenk Engineering College, sharing practical knowledge on residential building planning and execution.
